All work performed by ReSpace Construction is done by our own fully trained professionals. Having all of the experts under “one roof” allows us to go from quote to completion in 4–6 weeks (vs months). In-home construction time ranges from 1–5 days depending on the project. This helps us ensure convenient, on-time and cheerful sales, service, and installations.
We remodel bathrooms and only bathrooms. That narrowness is the point: it is why we quote accurately, why the schedule holds, and why we are comfortable putting a lifetime warranty behind the work. The installers you meet at the estimate are the installers in your house — they are on our payroll, not dispatched from a subcontractor pool.

In-home construction runs 1–5 days depending on the package: 1–2 days for a shower or tub area, 2–3 days when a vanity is added, and 5 days or less for a complete remodel. From signed estimate to finished bathroom is typically 4–6 weeks, not months, because we do not wait on subcontractors.
No. Every installer on your project is a trained ReSpace Construction employee on our payroll. Having all the trades under one roof is what keeps the schedule tight and the cost down.

Yes — we carry both commercial general liability and workers’ compensation insurance, so you and your home are covered for the entire time we are on site.
We remodel bathrooms in Anchorage, Eagle River, Wasilla, Palmer and Girdwood. Mat-Su projects run on scheduled project weeks so the crew stays on site until the job is finished.
